Please click the plus sign (+) to open the registration for the sport in which you’d like to register a team. You must complete one form per program. If you need to register multiple teams, click “Add Team” at the bottom of the form before submitting. You may also choose to save a draft and return later to complete your submission. Please be mindful rosters are to be submitted at the same time as team entries, as Excel uploads for each team submitted.
