• Indoor Track: December – March

John Bennett’s Prayer

My Lord, I do not ask to stand as king or prince of high degree.
I only pray that, hand in hand, a child and I may come to Thee.
Help me share what Thou dost give and be a friend, a trusted guide.
As in Thy sight, oh, let me live, my selfishness be crucified.

Thou are the Life, the Truth, the Way that leads to God, that saves from sin.
Oh, may my teaching, day by day, help those in need, Thy life to win.

Oh, grant Thy patience, Lord, to share Thy holy purpose, life to bring.
May I the inexperience bear of those who need love’s fostering.
